Our friends at Coda Estates are an award-winning Estate and Lettings agent. Ninetwo were introduced to refresh their branding, and roll it out across their new flagship office, website, printed collateral, marketing campaigns and website. Together we crafted a new brand identity in keeping with their growing reputation as the premium, trusted agent within their areas.
Brand Refresh
With an existing identity at its core the brief was to develop and enhance their current brand identity without loosing the essence of who they were. Typography was a key part in establishing a premium yet relatable brand, using the negative space within the ‘O’ for the industry connection, a new font, complimentary colour scheme and corporate style was created.
Print Material
For a premium brand needs a high end finish. Print materials are in no way dead, it’s more of a quality of quantity approach taken in this digital age. With an extensive background in print finishing Ninetwo provided print materials to match the new brand. With a focus on quality, a bronze foil was depicts the logo on all folders and cards leaving a lasting impression with potential customers.
Signage
With a flagship office came the development of new internal and external signage. Ninetwo conceptualised the internal wall graphics, colour matched the two tone walls and finished the external signage to a high standard. Consistency is key when rolling out a brand, Coda Estate’s new boards mimic the style of their business cards and the architecturally square panel building.
Video Marketing
In property, there is nothing better than a precisely actioned video to enhance the marketing offering. Video played a part in a number of the marketing strands, both for Coda Estates and their property marketing for prominent developments in there area.
